Currently the SC gang is busily cranking away on costumes, props and a few film scripts.  Nothing much to report other than we are hard at work and should be uploading some new things to DA in a short while once things get finished.

I think my next con is going to be Anime Matsuri and possibly MomoCon. Then I'll be slammed with work for the rest of the summer. I should be at DragonCon, as I have my tickets preordered, but, no room yet. Drinks in the Marrioott Bar area one night? :)

I am not sure what direction you want to go in, so my first advice is,: You basically need to steel yourself to be your own business, contracted out for each individual job. Rarely does anyone get hired as a fulltime employee. Get an accountant and a lawyer you feel good about. Other than that... Create, create , create and never stop being hungry for more work! :)

If i get own vacuum casting machine, electric smelting furnace and some rubber mold making devices in later, i probably going to start making bronze and silver copies from my original pieces and so on, but that kind of professional tools are way too expensive in this economical situation.

I hope that i meet some retired goldsmith who sell all his workshop gadgets very cheaply.. :roll:
